Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
What is Radex?
Radex is a Moroccan app that brings messaging, a marketplace with cash on delivery, delivery, taxis, food and channels together, with an assistant you can talk to in Darija.
When can I download it?
Now, on Android: get the beta from get.radex.ma, the only official source. iPhone comes next.
Will it work on iPhone?
Yes, iPhone comes after Android.
Which languages does it support?
Darija first — in Arabic letters, Latin letters and mixed with French — plus French and English.
Can Radex read my messages?
No. Messages are encrypted on your phone and can only be opened by the recipient. Our servers only pass along encrypted data and delete it once delivered.
How does cash on delivery work?
You order, a courier brings the item, and you pay when it arrives. Delivery is confirmed with a code you give the courier.
What are mini apps?
Small apps like taxi, food and channels that open inside Radex without a separate download. Each one shows what it's allowed to do.
I run a business. How do I join?
Developers can already publish mini apps on play.radex.ma. Channels and selling for businesses open during the beta.
