Build mini apps for Radex

Reach users inside the app they already use, with no install. Mini apps are web apps that run in a secure sandbox and talk to the phone only through the Radex SDK.

How it works

Your mini app is HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It declares in a manifest what it needs; Radex grants nothing more.

{
  "id": "rides",
  "name": "Taxi",
  "permissions": ["location"],
  "collections": ["places", "drivers"],
  "actions": ["estimate_ride", "request_ride"],
  "allowedDomains": ["api.example.ma"]
}

The Radex SDK

Every call returns a Promise and is checked against your manifest.

const here = await radex.location();
const quote = await radex.action("estimate_ride", { from_id, to_id });
await radex.action("request_ride", { from_id, to_id, confirmed: true });
radex.toast("Your driver is on the way");

Security by default

  • No access to the host app or other mini apps
  • Network limited to the domains you declare
  • Sensitive actions require the user's confirmation
  • Users can see your permissions at any time

Design kit

Radex UI gives you lists, cards, buttons, sheets, skeleton loading and error states that match the app, in light and dark, right-to-left first.

Early access

The SDK opens to partners after launch. Early partners include transport, food and retail.
